"Dear Cindy, Andy and the entire crew at the Backhoe Lady - I want to thank you for the fine job that you did on the road to my house south of Santa Fe. As you know, it is a very long stretch of dirt road that had a number of significant erosion issues before your crew arrived. The plan we developed as we discussed the project prior to the start date was well thought out. The crew was experienced and worked hard to realize the plan that we had set forth. The road was significantly improved in just the first day. But it was the following days that insured the long term viability of the road. During this time, time consuming erosion control work was performed with waddles, straw bales, and a number of rock dams. A large culvert was expertly placed under an area of large water runoff and it was secured with well integrated rock walls on either side."
